We are appointment-based. Please book online whenever possible so we can guide you to the right visit type and minimize wait times.
Many medically necessary visits are covered by Alberta Health for eligible patients. Some services (e.g., certain forms or non-insured services) may not be covered. If a fee applies, we’ll let you know in advance.
Virtual care can be a good fit for many concerns (follow-ups, results review, medication renewals, and some new issues). If your concern may require a physical exam, vitals, or in-clinic testing, we’ll recommend an in-person visit.
Please bring your Alberta Health Care card (or government ID if applicable), a medication list (or your medications), and any relevant reports, results, or referral letters.
If you can’t attend, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to someone else. The easiest way is to use the booking link in your confirmation message.
