This free symptom test is an educational screening tool and is not a diagnosis. ADHD symptoms can overlap with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, trauma, substance use, learning difficulties, medical conditions, and other concerns. A clinical assessment is required.

This tool is for adults and asks about a defined recent period. It does not collect your name, health number, email, date of birth, phone number, or medical history. Your responses are calculated in this browser and are not sent to our server or included in analytics.
